President and Designated Broker

Carrie Temple graduated with honors from Arizona State University with an undergraduate degree in Finance and Real Estate and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.  She holds the industry designation of Real Property Administrator (RPA) from BOMA and the Certified Property Manager (CPM) from (IREM).  Her 28+ years of experience offers clients knowledge and insight unparalleled in the industry.  She founded Desert West Management in 1998.

Associate Broker and Senior Property Manager

Pam Hardman has over 30 years of experience in all facets of property management including office condominium associations, retail centers and office projects.  Pam is particularly strong with tenant relationships and financial reporting.  Her background includes working for both small to mid-size property management companies including owning her own company in the 1980’s.  She received her CPM designation from IREM and was the President of the Tuscon Chapter of IREM in 1984 and 1994.   Prior to joining Desert West Management, Pam had worked as a portfolio manager for non-institutional clients, providing professional care to their assets. 

Senior Property Manager

Deborah Fry began her career managing a mall located in Colorado in 1992.  Deb’s experience ranges from mall management to regional retail centers to neighborhood shopping centers.  Her passion for people and relationship opportunities is a perfect complement to her technical strengths and analytical abilities.  Our mission of dedication, integrity and a standard of excellence was most influential in her decision to join Desert West Management and she’s committed to bringing her professional best to each project. She received her CSM designation from ICSC in 2000. 

Property Manager Assistant

Kelly Smith began her career in commercial real estate in various aspects of the property management industry.  Her multiple skill set will bring marketing, leasing and property management knowledge to the team.  With over 7 years of experience, Kelly is particularly talented in the areas of personal relations, lease administration and marketing. Her dedication, commitment, and enthusiasm are an asset to our team.

Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper

Patsy Gonzalez brings over 20 years of experience in the field of office administration. Her accounting experience covers the manufacturing, legal, restaurant and property management industries. Patsy's diverse background and experience as well as her commitment to excellence are a tremendous asset to the team and our clients.

Maintenance Supervisor

Bill Simon has 30 years of experience in property maintenance for commercial and residential properties. His extensive knowledge in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and vendor relations will enhance the services we are able to offer property owners. He is also HVAC certified by ESCO Institute. He handles all on-site inspections, oversees vendors and capital improvements, and performs minor repairs.

Financial Consultant

Janet Klein brings to Desert West Management extensive experience as a controller in various industries ranging from property management to construction to service industries.  Her 22 years in the financial field coupled with her Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University in Investment Finance enriches the services we offer our clients.  Her responsibilities include creating maintenance billings, preparing monthly financial reports and assisting Desert West Management in its endeavors.
